DESCRIPTION:Senior Health Symposium\nAdvancing Age-Friendly Care Through Medication Optimization\nPlease join staff members of Summa Health Complex Care Institute and other medical professionals for a day of discussion and inquiry. The symposium will focus on medication safety\, appropriateness and person-centered prescribing for older adults by applying the Medication M of the 4Ms framework across clinical settings\, disciplines and transitions of care.
