The following are events throughout the community that may be helpful to caregivers, those with dementia, and those interested in making their communities more dementia-friendly. There are both virtual and live events, some hosted by The Ohio Council for Cognitive Health, and many hosted by our friends and partners in the community.     Join Hilarity for Charity (HFC) and the Dementia Engagement, Education, and Research (DEER) Program for this exclusive opportunity to be trained in relationship-centered dementia care. This FREE training is delivered virtually via Zoom over the course of four 3.5-hour sessions (you must complete all four sessions to receive your certificate).

This training offers tools and approaches to enhance communication, foster meaningful relationships, and engage in individualized care and support.
