Our Partners

We are a growing network of individuals, organizations and providers across the state of Ohio dedicated to not changing – but truly transforming life – for those living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, their loved ones and their communities.

Helping Hands

Partner With Us

We would be happy to partner with you to help transform life for those living with those living with dementia in your community. Whether you are a care establishment, a health care organization, or a policy maker, together we can make a difference,

As our population ages and more individuals and their families are living with cognitive health concerns, it is imperative that communities, providers, policy makers and care partners have a trusted entity that can serve as a catalyst and bring time sensitive issues and approaches to as broad an audience as possible. An overarching intent of The Ohio Council for Cognitive Health is to ensure that all interested parties in Ohio have a place where their voice can be heard and that those voices can, together, make a difference. Central to this process is the inclusion of those living with cognitive changes and impairments.

Our dedicated team will help participating organizations shift from acting alone to acting in concert with the common goal of creating communities that support people with dementia and their loved ones. We recognize that it is important to communicate not only with member organizations, but to ensure priority is given when communicating with the greater community. Listening to the community, and communicating results, is an important component of building and sustaining our initiatives.
