Many of you have asked whether you can add your logo to our Quick Tips Resource Sheets before you distribute them. We think it is a great idea. To determine whether this is right for your organization, please review the following guidelines:
The Ohio Council for Cognitive Health’s Quick Tips Resource Sheets (“Tip Sheets”) may be reproduced with your logo with these restrictions:
- Written permission must be granted by the Ohio Council for Cognitive Health. To request permission contact us.
- Placement of your organization’s logo will be restricted to the upper right corner of page one of each Tip Sheet, and will be no larger than the Ohio Council for Cognitive Health’s logo. We will insert your logo for you.
- No changes may be made to the content, layout, font, images, color or text contained in the Tip Sheets, including the size, color, or location of the Ohio Council for Cognitive Health’s logo.
- Once approval is obtained from the Ohio Council for Cognitive Health, you will be asked to provide your logo for inclusion on the Tip Sheets. (File types accepted: .EPS, .PDF, or High Resolution (300dpi) .JPG) After we have added your logo, you will receive a digital copy (PDF) of each adapted Tip Sheet for dissemination.
- Failure to fully comply with use restrictions imposed by the Ohio Council for Cognitive Health will represent a violation of its copyrights and your use authorization.
- The materials and resources of the Ohio Council for Cognitive Health, including these Tip Sheets, cannot be sold in their original or modified/adapted form.
- Any other terms or provisions deemed reasonable or necessary will be included in the written permission granted by the Ohio Council for Cognitive Health to any qualifying user organization.
